it's good base for visiting some must see attractions in santa ana. caring and amicable staff as one would expect. the hotel rooms are themed for our needs. this is a venue go-to for santa ana!

Had a great time at Villa Napoli! The super nice team and the buffet breakfast hit the spot. Just wish the pool area was cleaner and not so close to the dining. A little loud during meals. A solid choice!

Rooms surprised me with their size, offering plenty of space for my family. The included breakfast had decent options to kickstart our day. The staff, particularly Sergio, stood out for being accommodating, upgrading us for just $10 after we initially received a less-than-ideal room with spiderwebs. The pool area was a letdown. It's too close to the dining area and lacked cleanliness . I didn't see anyone maintaining it. The loud dance music from morning until night, especially during breakfast. It had potential, but several issues affected our stay significantly.

Family-friendly retreat

The attention from the staff was very nice, they went out of their way to help us with everything, and even guided us on where to explore, a huge plus.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but for the experience, it was acceptable.

I stayed in the King Room with Pool View for 1 night, and the size of the room was really nice, felt spacious! The decor was modern. But, man, it was quite dark in there. The room was comfy enough, and the breakfast the next morning was solid-definitely a plus!

I was really surprised by how spacious our room was, perfect for our family needs. The pool was a big disappointment. It looked dirty throughout our stay, and I didn't see anyone attend to it. Breakfast options were decent but could use faster service.

Stayed at villa napoli for 3 nights and enjoyed the free breakfast! It was also great to be close to my sister's in-laws. The security team worked hard to keep the hotel safe.
